Who we are
Trifecta was born from a real need: Mexican companies importing from Asia need eyes on the ground. Someone to verify that what they paid for is actually what's being loaded into the container.
Founded in 2021 in Mexico, we are a team with direct presence in China, India, and Vietnam. We don't depend on third parties — our inspectors are in the factories, speaking your language and understanding your needs.
We combine experience in international trade, Mexican customs regulations, and deep knowledge of the Asian market to protect your investment in every import.

Chief Operating Officer
Chief Operating Officer at Trifecta, responsible for strategy and regulatory compliance in every operation. He coordinates the inspection team to ensure the proper execution of quality controls and pre-shipment inspections, enabling goods to arrive in Mexico with full legal and operational assurance. Strategically based in Asia, he directly oversees the field network, mitigating risks from the factory floor to validate that every shipment meets the required technical and legal specifications.

Professional with experience in project management and business analysis, specialized in connecting with domestic and international companies and suppliers. Solid knowledge in international logistics, supplier evaluation, document control, and operational process optimization. Strategic focus oriented toward generating value, reducing risks, and facilitating decision-making in business environments.

Business Intelligence Officer
PhD in Economics and co-founder of Trifecta. He leads the business intelligence strategy, transforming data into actionable decisions to optimize supply chains and mitigate risks in international trade. He designs key performance indicators, analytical models, and strategic dashboards that enable our clients to make informed decisions. His academic background and experience in quantitative analysis bring rigor and strategic vision to every project.
