Quality Inspection — Trifecta

Quality Inspection

Make sure the whole production run meets the technical specifications you asked for.

The service

What is it?

The inspection takes place once more than 80% of the production run is complete. It is the last checkpoint at which corrective decisions can still be made.

We select units at random before production finishes and packing begins, which avoids the costs of deciding at the very end.

The inspection follows AQL (Acceptable Quality Limit) criteria, verifying specifications such as functionality, performance, use, appearance and dimensions.

It adapts to the corrective actions you need, with the aim of building a cycle of continuous improvement in production.
